Product Guarantee
The MICR Man Guarantees all products are new and free of defects in both materials and workmanship. The products we sell have been manufactured under stringent quality control standards, assuring performance that meets or exceeds that of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). The MICR Man also warrants that under normal use (including operation of the equipment within OEM specifications) that our products will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible equipment. The MICR Man will, at its option, replace or credit the full purchase price of any product found to be defective. Liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. All warranty claims should be made in writing and follow RMA procedure found in our Support section.
Price Match Guarantee
The MICR Man, will match any competitive advertised price on a product we sell, at the time of purchase. Our price match commitment covers all new factory-sealed products of the same brand and model which are currently available, and in stock at a retail location in the U.S.A. Our commitment does not apply to loss leader, giveaway pricing, any one-of-a-kind, limited-quantity offers, bundled, mail-in, free offers, open-box, clearance items, discontinued or close-out items, refurbished products, remanufactured, trade-in-sales, item that the competitor holds no inventory, warehouse prices based upon a "membership fee", or the product is of dubious quality. Simply provide evidence of the competitive price; a flyer or link to another company's online website, or a print out of the web page. The MICR Man must be able to call and verify the price.
Pricing and availability
Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice and are valid only for items that are eligible to ship on the day the order is placed. Due to the unpredictable nature of the market, descriptions may not reflect current technical information. Web, e-mail offers, and other advertisements are subject to correction. Delivery dates are estimates only and are based on inventory on hand and normal shipping conditions (shipping conditions and actual ship dates may vary).
Internet orders generate an automatic confirmation and response e-mail. These automatic confirmations and response e-mails are subject to correction prior to delivery due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or unavailability, typographical errors, or any other reason.
All orders placed over $2,000 (US) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department.
We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order. We will not complete your order until we have your approval. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to resellers, even after we have received and confirmed your order. Published prices do not include shipping, sales tax, and insurance.
International Orders
The MICR Man website welcomes orders shipping to addresses in the U.S., Canada, possessions and territories of the United States. No international orders or order requests will be accepted on The MICR Man website. Payment & Shipping Information
Payment by Credit Card
The MICR Man gladly accepts Visa and MasterCard. We do not add any credit card surcharges to your order. Please see our Privacy Policy regarding credit card safety.
Payment on open account
The MICR Man will gladly open a net-30 day account for returning customers. Simply fill out the on-line credit application and we will be happy to send you an invoice payable in 30 days.
State Sales Tax & Tax Exemption
Only orders that are shipped to a state of Washington address are subject to sales tax. If you are a tax-exempt customer, please call us at 800.426.8048 (Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. Pacific Time) to pre-qualify. Our representatives will be happy to walk you through the process. For your convenience, we will retain your information for future purchases.
Shipping Details
Shipping occurs Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm PST. While all orders will be fulfilled, date of fulfillment is subject to stock on hand. Orders are on a first come, first-served basis. Maverick cannot therefore guarantee shipping dates.
The MICR Man ships all orders via UPS ground unless otherwise stated by the customer. The MICR Man does offer overnight, 2nd day and 3rd day delivery, subject to availability of products ordered. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the complete order; we do not add any additional handling charges. Damages, Defects and Exchanges
If a shipment arrives with obvious damage, please refuse the shipment and notify us by e-mail at sales@themicrman.com or contact Customer Service at 800-426-8048. To report hidden shipping damages or a defective product, please contact us for immediately repair or exchange.
RMA Procedure
Contact The MICR Man/Maverick International Support at 1-800-426-8048 to obtain your Return Authorization (RMA) number, and details including mailing address and return procedures. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from date of issuance.
To receive a replacement product or credit, your purchase must be returned with a copy of your original invoice, shipping pre-paid, and packaged to avoid additional damage. Also please observe the following:
• Shipping fees will not be refunded if shipment is refused at time of delivery, unless the goods are damaged during delivery.
• Any variance from these conditions may result in a delay of your refund. Shipping and insurance charges will not be refunded.
• Exchange or credit value does not include original or return shipping and handling charges.
• Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
• Refunds or credits are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds or credits do not include original shipping and handling charges.
• We cannot accept the return or exchange of any item without the proof of purchase. Products returned without proof of delivery may result in forfeiture of your refund.
